How To Reserve Your Cabin
Have you found the cabin that you would like to book? Call us and we will be happy to send you an invoice to book your cabin. We will check your dates to see if a discount will apply to your stay. If you qualify for a discount, we will edit your quote. We will send you an invoice by email for your booking. You will complete the guest information form and follow all steps to complete your booking process. If you have questions feel free to call us at 205-471-5038.
Vacation Rental Agreement
All guests will be furnished the copy of the vacation rental agreement during the booking process. This agreement must be accepted before you will be allowed to complete your payment information. Our office will then email you an electronic copy of the same agreement for your signature. We use the electronic method, it is very simple to sign online.
Check In Process
What is the check in process? Our guests will be emailed their guest check in packet at least 10 days prior to their arrival date. This information will furnish them with directions to their cabin, door codes, and alarm codes. We also furnish helpful information regarding your cabin.
We provide a guest binder in each cabin. This binder will provide each guest with helpful information during their stay..

WIFI & Cable TV
Our cabins offer free WIFI and cable TV provided thru Comcast/Xfinity
We think discounts are very important for all guests. Please view our rate page to see if your dates qualify for a discount.
We have special low rates and special offers. No discounts are available during holiday periods.
Check In - Check Out Times
Check In Time at our cabins is 4 P.M.
Check Out time is 10 A.M.
Our cabins are furnished with bed and bath linens. Daily maid service is not available. The cleaning fee that is paid during the booking process, is the cleaning that will take place upon you. The kitchen is stocked for all your basic cooking needs. We furnish start up trial size dish washing liquid, 1 roll of paper towels and toilet paper is furnished, coffee filters and two packages of coffee per stay will be furnished.
The cancellation policy is located on the vacation rental agreement.
No refunds are available for winter weather conditions
All guests will have the option to purchase travel insurance during the booking process
